01 /The Challenge

Shift-based customer support and service teams frequently deal with chaotic schedule trades, forgotten verbal agreements, and lack of manager oversight when swaps happen over chat groups.

02 /My Role & Contribution

Full-stack developer for the scheduling PWA: implemented team roster calendar, peer-to-peer shift swap marketplace, manager approval workflows, and company-wide announcements.

03 /Architectural Decisions

Utilized Supabase Auth and Row Level Security for role-based permissions (agent vs admin); integrated PWA offline capabilities with Serwist; configured automated CI pipeline with unit tests.

04 /Verifiable Outcome

Delivered an installable team scheduling application that cut shift replacement turnaround from hours to minutes with complete manager audit trails.
