01 /The Challenge

Event furniture rental operations face frequent double-bookings, misplaced rental assets, and chaotic paper slips during peak weekend event cycles.

02 /My Role & Contribution

Architected and built the full-stack logistics application and installable PWA: unique asset tracking (e.g. CHAIR-0001), order state transitions (Pending → Out → Returned), and real-time warehouse availability checks.

03 /Architectural Decisions

Structured atomic database transactions in Prisma to prevent overlapping reservations; configured Serwist PWA service workers for reliable offline lookups by warehouse drivers in the field.

04 /Verifiable Outcome

Deployed working rental logistics platform reducing order dispatch errors and providing real-time stock visibility across all event dates.
